Here we have a 39mm festoon COB led globe replacement available in cool white 6000k.

Single cob with 12 chips inside, faced on one side of the festoon, offering a 180 degree spread beam of light with 100 Lumens of light,

This style of COB festoon has a gel coating over the face to protect the leds though also acts as a defuser/deflector which enables full amount of light not just out the face but also out the side of thes festoons.

These are commonly used for interior light festoon replacements aswell as in clearance lights, map lights, tail light, etc

Measures 39mm from tip to tip keeping in mind most festoon holders can spread the mounting tabs in or out by about 3mm, enabling these to fit most holders 36mm-42mm.
