1 X 12V H4 LED DECODER FOR MAZDA BT50 FORD RANGER HEADLIGHTS WHEN LEDS FITTED

Here we have a 12v H4 Decoder we commonly use on 2015 onward Mazda BT50 headlight systems when our 40w led globes fitted, commonly what occur without fitting this unit is:

1, when led headlight globes fitted you turn on your headlights and they turn on for a second and then turn off and keep doing the same each time you turn your headlights on,, they just turn on for a second and go out..

By fitting this decoder as 1 per headlight you will rectify this issue.

Keep in mind the load resistor will get hot while in operation, meaning when your headlights are turned on the gold box (Load resistor) will get extremely hot (cant touch or will burn your hand) so this must be attached to a metal surface so the heat can be dispersed through the metal, ensure not mounted near other cables or plastic parts,, and not near painted surfaces that may be effected by the heat, normally we will mount under the front bonnet latch plastic cowling on the radiator support metal frame,, this way is out of the way and no one can accidentally touch..

works a treat,,, you need 1 per headlight so in most cases you need 2pcs,,,,

This is to be used with our listed 40w H4 led globes as all vehicles and led globes are different so we cant confirm this will operate with other brands of led globes, though we know works great with ours,
